NotCo NotMayo looks and takes exactly the same as regular mayo. To prove that point we tapped into the fact that 20% of Americans hate mayonnaise and instead of a seemingly staged taste test with people who said they loved it, we hosted an unquestionably real hate test with people who were repulsed by it.
